A sold-out hall, a selected audience and an exclusive atmosphere accompanied the official presentation of Zampetti Academy, the new project signed by Fabrizio Zampetti, staged on May 14 at Anteo Palazzo del Cinema.
The event marked the beginning of a journey intended to redefine the concept of education in the high-end real estate industry through a model based on method, direct experience and qualitative selection of participants.
Opening the evening were Fabrizio Zampetti and Federica Masolin, who told the audience about the vision and professional journey that led to the birth of the Academy.
The docufilm “Nothing Happens by Chance”
A central moment of the event was the screening of the docufilm “Fabrizio Zampetti – Nothing Happens by Chance,” directed by Davide Amante.
The work recounted Zampetti’s human and professional journey, highlighting the method and values that helped build the Zampetti Immobili di Pregio brand.
During the evening an official award was also presented to Davide Amante himself for his authorial and directorial contribution to the project.
What is the Zampetti Academy
For this reason, the Zampetti Academy was born from the experience gained by Zampetti Immobili di Pregio in the Italian luxury real estate market.
The goal is to create an immersive and highly selective training environment for professionals and entrepreneurs interested in developing advanced skills, strategic vision and professional ethics.
“There are pathways that teach. And then there are systems that transform. The Zampetti Academy was born for this.”
The Academy will offer private events, exclusive seminars and meetings dedicated to the Zampetti Method in the coming months, leading up to the big official forum planned for March 2027.
A new model of education in real estate
In addition, the project differs from traditional training paths through an approach built on hands-on experience, relationship and value creation over time.
Access to the Zampetti Academy will be intentionally limited, with the aim of maintaining high quality standards and fostering direct comparison among professionals who share the same strategic vision.
Thus the evening ended with a private cocktail party dedicated to guests and participants, turning into a time of networking and discussion consistent with the Zampetti Method.
