On May 11, 2024, at the historic Anteo Palazzo del Cinema in Milan, the premiere screening of
“Fabrizio Zampetti – Nothing Happens by Chance” took place, a documentary film written and directed by
Davide Amante, focusing on the extraordinary life and professional rise of Fabrizio
Zampetti, a remarkable individual and prominent figure in the real estate sector.
Fabrizio Zampetti is the owner of Zampetti Immobili di Pregio, Italy’s first “non-agency”:
without any presumption or rhetoric, it bears this title because it handles not
only the search, purchase, and sale of prestigious properties, but also other fundamental aspects,
