There was a sense of excitement and great anticipation among the many guests invited on May 14th to attend
the Première of “Fabrizio Zampetti – Nothing Happens by Chance,” a documentary film written and directed
by Davide Amante. The film focuses on the extraordinary life and professional rise of Fabrizio
Zampetti, an uncommon man and a leading figure in the real estate sector.
Expectations were fully met: the team from Zampetti Immobili di
Pregio, Italy’s first “non-agency,” welcomed guests to this evocative event with the
unmistakable elegance for which they are known.
During an unforgettable evening, every member of the team was essential in ensuring everything
was perfect: from the Red Carpet walkway in the Cloisters of the Museum of Science and
Technology in Milan, to the screening of the documentary in the MUST Auditorium, through to the
toasts and final jazz notes, the team was impeccable, making every guest
feel right at home.
Fabrizio Zampetti is much more than an entrepreneur: his story is a testament

leaving an indelible mark. His “secret” to achieving all this? It is quite

The choice of the Leonardo da Vinci National Museum of Science and Technology
as the venue for the screening was also very fitting: it is, in fact, a magical place that
celebrates the brilliance of Leonardo, as well as that of Olivetti and Italian genius more
broadly; a symbol of continuity between scientific-technological and artistic culture.
