The ninth edition of the TopLegal Industry Awards was held on June 13, 2024, at Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan. The awards were established in 2016 to recognize the cross-sector and integrated excellence of firms and their professionals.
The evening, hosted by actor and radio presenter Leonardo Manera, was supported by partner Zampetti Immobili di Pregio, which participated in the event with its full team.
A total of 40 awards were presented; the head of Zampetti’s Legal Department, Dr. Donatella Matti, had the pleasure of presenting the award for the Real Estate category.
A business talk followed, where Fabrizio Zampetti, CEO and founder of Zampetti Immobili di Pregio, and Stefano Casarelli, CEO of Petroholding, illustrated innovations in luxury residential construction and the new requirements of HNWIs (High Net Worth Individuals) when searching for a home in the post-Covid era.
